The Love Church Charlotte, known affectionately as TLCC was founded October 1, 2017 by Apostle Dr. Delisa Rodgers after thirteen years of pastoring the former, True Love Church of Refuge.  TLCC is an apostolic-prophetic hub for five fold ministry leaders from around the nation and training center for emerging ministers. Birthed from a passion to produce Kingdom citizens who intimately know their God. TLCC marries the prophetic destiny of its membership and nurtures their spiritual giftings to fruition and maximized effectiveness in the Kingdom of God through teaching, preaching, demonstration of signs and wonders, and through the laying on of hands. ​The Love Church Charlotte has a strong mission to raise up, to bring together, a voluntary, inclusive network of ministry, churches and ministries and related organizations who have responded to the call of the spirit of God and have confederated themselves together to fulfill the call to walk in covenant relationships, facilitating the apostolic and prophetic ministry in the earth, for the declaration, restoration, and advancement of the Kingdom of God.
